AVATARS OF WAR ORCS: OLD SCHOOL ORC MINIATURES FROM METAL TO 3D PRINT

From DragonRune to Digital Legions

In the early 1990s, long before Avatars of War existed, Felix Paniagua was already searching for a very specific kind of orc.

So he sculpted it.

It wasn’t perfect. But it had something hard to explain:

Presence.

Felix decided to go further.

To train. To learn. To shape that instinct.

After years of experimentation, DragonRune was born — his first miniature company.

In the 21st century, that same vision became Avatars of War.

And with it, a very clear idea of what an Orc Hero should be:

Orcs that carry weight in their bodies.
In their gaze.
In the way they step onto the tabletop.

Orcs that feel real.

That is the essence of every Avatars of War miniature.
Even in the digital era.

From traditional sculpting to digital creation, that same vision continues today in 3D print.

Because the Golden Age is still here.
Reforged in 3D.
