Old School as a Standard
Avatars of War is a living project.
Founded in Barcelona in 2006 by Felix Paniagua and Johanna Acquah, it was born from a very specific way of understanding the hobby:
Creating miniatures with character, instantly recognizable, capable of making painters feel something and of imposing presence on the tabletop.
Miniatures that were not generic.
Miniatures that, once deployed, could be recognized without doubt as Avatars of War.
Over the years, Avatars of War has created Legendary Heroes and Iconic Regiments.
Miniatures designed to leave a mark over time.
In 2021, after years of research, testing, and learning, we made the leap into digital sculpting.
Not as a rupture, but as a natural evolution of the craft:
achieving in digital what we had been doing for years through traditional sculpting.
Today, Avatars of War stands at the intersection of classical tradition and high-end digital craftsmanship.
We publish digital miniatures, maintain physical plastic lines, and develop the project alongside thousands of people who support us month after month because they recognize a way of working rooted in craft, judgment, and respect for the hobby.
We do not follow fast trends.
We do not produce for the sake of producing.
Avatars of War is continuity, experience, and a way of doing things on our own terms.
