UNDEAD GOBLINS, ORCS AND BEASTMEN
What the Grave Could Not Keep
ONE DAY, WHILE FELIX WAS SCULPTING AN ORC, HE THOUGHT:
HE’S SO IMPOSING... IT WOULD BE A SHAME FOR HIM TO JUST DIE ON THE BATTLEFIELD.
What if he didn’t disappear? What if, instead of dying, he rose again... changed?
It was a kind of impulse. And so came the beastmen, the ogres, the barbarians...
There’s even a stubborn goblin who, though he no longer has flesh, still rides his wolf —who also has none left.
Those skeletons found commanders. And those commanders painted them, personalized them, turned them into fallen heroes or villains with a past.
You gave them names, scars, purpose. Because even though they have no flesh... they have soul.
This undead line became, unintentionally, a kind of signature.
Because whenever someone puts a skeletal goblin, orc, or beastman on the table, few have doubts: that’s Avatars of War.
Thank you for giving life to those who no longer had it.
