WHAT REMAINS WHEN THE YEAR ENDS
December 31st. The last day of the year.
Before closing 2025, we wanted to pause for a moment.
No balances. No metrics. Just a small look at our year from inside the studio.
The Three Releases of 2025 (according to Felix)
Chosen for the decisions made during the sculpting process, and for the experience of creating them.
If something has defined this year —and in fact, every year since 2006—it’s a scene that has repeated itself again and again in the studio.
Johanna:
—“Felix, it looks amazing. Really. So… when do we release it?”
Felix:
—“It’s almost finished… but it’s still missing something.”
Johanna:
—“What do you mean? It’s perfect.”
And then, silently, he would go back to the miniature.
That “something” was sometimes a tiny fold, or a very subtle tension in the pose.
Or a small detail meant to be discovered while painting.
We’ve also received messages from you that we won’t forget.
Messages about moments:
Moments of painting without rushing.
Of reconnecting with the hobby.
Of placing a miniature on the table and feeling it was exactly where it belonged.
Thank you for sharing this way of understanding the hobby, and for walking this path with us!
See you on the battlefield in 2026.
Old School Heroes rock!
