SHIPPING COSTS
We ship through Spanish Correos Premium service (tracked and signed). Also Private courier is available to some zones. Shipping costs are a fixed amount for orders up to 90€:
Europe: 7€ (Correos Premium)
Outside of Europe: 8€ (Correos Premium)
Shipping is free on all orders over 90€.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery time depends on your delivery area. It is possible that takes less time, but usually two weeks after payment of your order is a good estimate.
Metal, plastic and siocast miniatures are shipped from the same location, while resin miniatures are produced in a separate facility. If your order includes a combination of metal, siocast or plastic, and resin miniatures, it will be divided into two separate shipments. This may result in one part of your order arriving before the other, but everything should be delivered within a few days of each other. To know about the material of each miniature, please refer to its description.
You will receive a notification email and a tracking number to monitor your parcel(s) once your order ships.
